On the edge of the charming top village, Montegrosso d’Asti, overlooking the rolling vineyards of the Unesco protected landscape, we find this detached house with lovely west facing plot of 1.890 sqm, today there are hazelnuts and several fruit trees on the plot (fig, pomegranate, apricot, cherry, apple, pear, plums). It is also possible to travel to these places by train as Montegrosso has its own railway station.
The famous wine towns of Barolo and Barbaresco and Alba are within half an hour’s drive.
