The house is an original Piedmont style building from the 1870’s, and has been totally renovated and reconstructed by establishing of a “Campanile” that gives the it a more complete and characteristic feel. The house itself is situated in the middle of vineyard landscapes, away from the surrounding roads and towns, but just a short drive from both Canelli and Nizza Monferrato, with a spacious recreational area that holds a salt water infinity pool, a pool house and a bar. The pool can be heated for extended use in the spring and autumn.
A 100 m2 marble-paved outdoor area is perfect for recreational activities and sunbathing. Additionally, 1500m2 of lawn is perfect for various activities and ball games.
