Only a few kilometers away there is the Chiusi - Chianciano Terme train station; also, the Chiusi-Chianciano Terme tollbooth leads the entrance to the motorway from where you can reach in just over 1 hour, Rome to the South and Florence to the North. The ski resorts of Monte Amiata are approx. 60 km while the beaches of Grosseto are just over 150 km; the Lake Trasimeno is approx. 40 km away. Description The property is very nice and well-kept with its stone façade and it is divided into the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area on the first floor.
