Masseria Santa Filomena is a luxury estate with swimming pool and the most modern accessories in the green countryside of Ostuni, in the Itria Valley. It is not just a villa but it`s a cozy property that accommodates up to 40 guests.
The eleven units are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, heating and ensuite bathroom. Some units are equipped with a small heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

The villa is equipped with accessories such as barbecue and wood-burning oven, washing machine and dryer, internet, bicycles, coffee machine, tv and satellite dish.

The villa is framed by 15-hectar olive tree grove and scented by the Mediterranean scrub. It is an old farmhouse that dates back to 1810 and it was skillfully refurbished, making it the perfect combination between old charm and modern accessories. Pets are allowed.

Spending your holidays at Masseria Santa Filomena means being surrounded by the most authentic Apulian nature, the ancient white stones, the green centennial olive trees and the blue sky. The majestic property is cozy and comfortable. 

The outdoor flooring is characterized by stone chianche. Arches and stairs were renovated and everything is well balanced. Around the big swimming pool there are beach beds and deckchairs, a stone seating which is partly covered and a barbecue area with wood-burning oven.
Under a beautiful gazebo with bamboo covering there is a dining area, by the big glass doors of the villa. Under the majestic barrel and star-vaulted ceilings of the ground floor, there are the large living room with sofas and fireplace, the beautiful and spacious dining room and the semi-professional kitchen complete with many accessories.

On the ground floor, overlooking the swimming pool, there is Unit 4 consisting of 1 double bedroom + 1 living room with sofa bed and pull-out bed (4 bed accommodations) and a bathroom with steam bath. On the opposite side there is Unit 10, a suite that consists of 1 double bedroom, bathroom and exclusive spacious porch (2 bed accommodations).

The stone staircase takes to the upper floor where there are other bedrooms.
A staircase takes to Unit 9 that consists of 1 double bedroom with bathroom and its beautiful terrace with solarium, mini heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and view on the sea (2 bed accommodations).

The staircase on the opposite side takes to the other rooms. Units 6, 7 and 8 share the entrance. On the right there is Unit 6, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (2 bed accommodations). Unit 7 consists of a living room with twin-sized bed (+ additional bed if necessary), fireplace and access to the furnished terrace, 1 double bedroom with ensuite built-in tub and bathroom (4 bed accommodations).

On the left there is Unit 8, that consists of a living room with twin-sized bed (+ additional bed if necessary), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom and furnished terrace with view on the sea (4 bed accommodations).

The other staircase takes to Unit 5, that consists of 1 double bedroom, ensuite bathroom and furnished terrace (2 bed accommodations).
The "villas", three beautiful outbuildings with private courtyard

Near the refurbished farmhouse there are 3 units known as the "villas". These are Units 1, 2 and 3, which consist of a living room with pull-out twin-sized beds, twin bedroom with access to the garden and double bedroom and a bathroom (6 bed accommodations each). Unit 1 is characterized by the extraordinary panoramic view on the Valley, while Units 2 and 3 are equipped with private courtyard with Jacuzzi.

100 meters away from the main unit, there is a Trullo, which was finely renovated and with an amazing view on the sea. The trullo is Unit 11 and it accommodates up to 2 guests.

The prestigious masseria is a true corner of paradise, ideal for a luxury holiday in Puglia, in the Itria Valley. The property is less than 1 kilometer away from the beautiful old town centre of Ostuni. The awarded beaches of Ostuni marina are 15 kilometers away. The beautiful towns of the area, such as Ceglie Messapica, Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello with its famous trulli are a short drive away.
