Pezzolo Valle Uzzone is a small town in the province of Cuneo which is part of the Unione Montana Alta Langa and has an altitude of 350 meters.
The area borders Liguria and is the most wooded, rustic and least known area of the Langhe; here the renowned "Tonda Gentile delle Langhe" hazelnut is grown.
In the valley of the river, Uzzone Pezzolo is a beautiful village of low stone houses, silent and peaceful.
Villa Maria is located in a dominant and panoramic position and was born as a Bed & Breakfast, currently closed. It is a dated building, to be completely renovated, both from a plant and aesthetic point of view, although the structure is solid.
The L-shaped building with swimming pool and garage was built in the 1970s and is surrounded by approximately 2.5 hectares of land for woods and terraced orchards.
Inside the plot there are two stone cottages, totally to be restored, and a natural spring.
The two-storey building plus attic is surrounded by large front porches that overlook a magnificent panoramic courtyard and is composed as follows:
on the ground floor: entrance, living room on two floors with fireplace, dining room, large kitchen, bathroom, tavern with fireplace, oven and cellar. Another covered outdoor kitchen. On the first floor: 5 bedrooms (5 with en suite bathroom), 6 bathrooms and study; Attic with two bedrooms, one of which with en suite bathroom.
